Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30
Please notify reception in case of any special diet.
Especially for this summer, our guests have the option to order Breakfast in the Room, in case they do not want to enjoy the buffet breakfast. In this case please inform the reception or choose “Order” from myQuartano App and pre-order your Breakfast in Bed up to 23:59 every previous day.
Room
All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking. You kindly asked to smoke only at your balcony.
Rooms will be tidied every day from 10:00 to 16:00.
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, or cleaning is not required, please enable the “Do not disturb” via your profile in the app .
Tap water is not drinkable.
Important notice: you must keep door and windows closed to make the A/C in operation.
Guests are kindly requested to not use room towels at the swimming pool and the beach.
Checkin
Check-in time is at 15:00.
Checkout
We kindly ask you to leave the room until 11:00 at the day of your departure.
Swimming Pool
Swimming Pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00.
For safety reasons, the swimming is not allowed at night.
Eating is not allowed in the pool.
We kindly remind you that it is dangerous to swim after eating or drinking alcohol. Please read operation instructions near the swimming pool open area. The pool towels are placed on the sun beds near the pool. After the use, please leave them in the towel baskets available.
Do not leave your private items at the pool area.
Beach
Recommendations about the beaches and Points of Interest , please ask at Reception.
Pool Bar
Opening Hours: 11:00 to 21:00.
Transfer Service
Quartano can arrange transfer from/to the port/airport with an extra cost: 36€/50€, respectively.
Fire Extinguishers and Danger Plan
In case of fire, please do not panic. Inform the Reception.
Press the FIRE ALARM BUTTON, situated close to your room. You find the extinguishers on each floor, close to your room, easy to use.
Reception
The reception is open from 8:00 to 23:00.
Ask for extra packages/gifts (flowers, wines, etc) and beach towels.
Quartano is not responsible for lost items. We advise our guests to use the safety box which is available in the residence.
Visa and MasterCard are acceptable.
Luggage storage is free of charge.
